When a school experiences bad things, and bad things always happen at every school, the principal uses our service to help restore their school’s reputation and culture.

Self-harm Event. Whether a student is admitted to a hospital for a self-harming event, or something worse, the school must act quickly to address the real risk of additional student self-harm. We have a plan principals use to explain depression and anxiety, and steps students should take if they feel overwhelmed by depression or anxiety. We deploy it fast.

Frequent Cheating. After disciplining a rash of students caught cheating, the principal needs to ALSO act to reinforce the school’s policy against all cheating. Our plan helps the principal relay that message to all students and parents quickly and effectively. Our plan explains what cheating is, and why it is always wrong and unacceptable at the school.

Violent Bullying. After handling an incident of a violent case of student bullying, the principal knows he/she must address the entire school community to remind students about the dangers of bullying and to explain the school’s zero tolerance policy. Our plans help do that.

Disrespecting a Teacher. When yet another teacher complains to the principal about a student showing disrespect in class, the principal knows it’s time to deploy the Student Caring Contact plan to re-teach all students about the expected levels of classroom behavior, and about how and why students should show respect to every teacher at the school.

We have 40+ plans, like those above, for principals to use when bad things happen.

These are some of the 40+ ready-to-go plans our subscribing principals use.
We have a plan available for every issue that can harm a school’s reputation and culture.
